Andy Healey actively earns respect and recognition for his dedication to the telecom, broadband, and wireless industries that shape our lives.
Since 1973, Andy has served in a variety of executive management and engineering capacities, including COO of RAB Communications, President of MasTec Broadband Services, Corporate Director of Engineering for Cablevision Systems, Cox Communications and Jones Communications.
As a member of the Society of Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE-ISBE) since 1977 he was elevated to senior status in 2005, inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2015, and the Circle of Eagles in 2016. He has been a regular contributor and author for various industry training materials and technical journals.
Mr. Healey was a founding member and steering committee leader for The Broadband GIS Leadership Forum.
In 2004, Mr. Healey was inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers, in recognition of his leadership and contributions to the industry.
Specialties: Mr. Healey is a certified facilitator and consultant on Leadership, Execution, Organizational Assessment, Project Management and Turnaround expert. He is certified in the Franklin Covey 4 Disciplines of Execution and Leadership programs.

May 7, 2020: VerTek LLC has promoted Richard Healey to VP, Human Resources.
Rich has been with VerTek from the beginning and has been instrumental in building our company’s Human Resource function. He plays a key role in recruiting and selection of employees as well as finding and onboarding our contractor labor partners. His other responsibilities include Risk Management, Worker’s Compensation and all licensing issues. His contributions over the last five years have played a key role in our company’s growth we are proud and fortunate to have Rich as a key part of our Executive Team.
Mr. Obrien brings over 30 years experience and success in building and maintaining the critical infrastructure that supports today's essential communications services.
His career began at Time Warner Cable in sunny San Diego in 1990, where he moved up the ranks from installer to operations manager, and even made Employee of the Year, out of thousands of cable professionals.
Sean is a past member of the SCTE Hill Country Chapter, and was previously at Amtec, in Jacksonville, Florida. Sean now runs all of VerTek LLC's field construction operations. You can find Sean at our Phoenix, Arizona location.
