This position reports to the SVP of Operations. The OSP Manager/Trainer will be responsible for mentoring and training our in-house technicians to validate their skills and abilities to perform the work as specified by VerTek LLC, the client, and industry standards of quality. As skill gaps are identified, training will need to be provided on-site and on-line.
